Welcome to CHR Inspections
Serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Area for over 20 Years

Picture
Hi, my name is Richard Humphries and I am pleased to help you with your property transaction. I am the owner of CHR Commercial & Home Report and have been doing home inspections for over 20 years. Licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, I am also a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I am also a Mold Consultant and provide environmental mold testing, along with leak detection.

I look forward to working with you through this vital part of your real estate transaction. I pride myself on providing exceptional customer service while helping you become more informed about the home your are buying and/or selling.
You probably have lots of questions about what a home inspection is, hopefully the information on this site will make things a little bit clearer for you.
I am available six days a week to schedule appointments at your convenience. I try to stick to within 30 miles of the D/FW area, however I have been known to make exceptions, so give me a call and lets get started - 214.766.6161.

CHR Inspections will examine your house or property from top to bottom. Prompt and flexible service designed to meet tight deadlines. We understand the Dallas Fort Worth Real Estate market and will do what ever we can to meet your contract needs.

All of our Home Inspection Reports are written in "plain English" and easy to understand, no confusing "technical jargon" so that you know what you are reading. Exceeding the standards set by the Texas Real Estate Commission and they are computer generated on the proper Texas state forms and are VA, FHA, and HUD compliant.

Usually the Home Buyer is limited from 5 to 10 days to get a home inspection. I highly recommend that you schedule it as quickly as possible. Often times you may need to get quotes or bids from other professionals as a result of what I find. This will also take additional time so don't put yourself in the situation of being rushed.
